Apps for Productivity

Today we want to share some of our favorite apps for productivity!

No one wants to spend all 2-3 hours of their day working on social media and website updates for 4-5 days of the week. Instead plan 2-3 hours of one day a month to plan your content and one hour per week creating that content and scheduling it for your socials and websites. Try these apps we love to use for productivity:

  1. Google Calendar
    If you have a Google account, start to use your Google Calendar, which you can sync to your phone or have event reminders emailed to you! Add deadlines, goals, website blog post dates, and social media post dates! Fill out the date, time, and add details to the event that include your own notes, captions, images, etc.

  2. Canva
    Canva is the latest graphic designing tool, free to use (Canva Pro is a subscription which allows you access to more features and graphics).

  3. Google Docs
    Again, with your Google account, create a Google Doc with your blog post and transfer it to your Squarespace blog once you’ve completed it. Saving your post to your Google Drive will also allow you to have an internal record of your blog post.

We highly recommend Google Workspace, if you already have a Google account you should have access to Google’s features. Want a professional email? Sign up through Squarespace (Squarespace creates your email through Google Workspace) or on your own through Google Workspace. This allows you to have an email tied to your domain, for example, ours is hello@raineandrose.co, our email service runs through Google Workspace.
