Rose Gold Portrait: Stella

Rose Gold Portraits are stills of women in business that are making an impact and sharing their brands with full passion. This special series will highlight women that showcase the topics we talk about in action. These women serve as pillars in their communities and ours!

Raine & Rose nominated Stella because of the way she approaches engagement and value in her branding to land her social media management clients. It’s not just about the design, it’s about the purpose, which you can clearly see as you browse her content and services.

Who are you as a person?

I am a person who loves a nice routine but also needs some flexibility to be spontaneous. Put me too much on the routine side I go a little stir crazy! I start my mornings by reading a devotional and the Bible. My faith is huge to me so being able to dive into God and prayer to set the tone for the day is ALWAYS a win.

I am the type of person who is a strong creative but I also feed off of helping others. In this business, I want to not just help people with their businesses and marketing but also desire to be a good influence in the lives of others and believe in them and their dreams!

Why did you start your business?

I started a business back in college naturally by taking some faith steps. It was scary but also exciting. I wasn’t sure if it would go anywhere! It then turned into a design business which was so fun and liberating. I designed invitations, logos, websites, and more.

Later on, I decided I wanted to branch into social media marketing and found it to be an awesome niche to help other entrepreneurs. I think I had the “wow” moment after taking a job where I worked in events and also ran the social media and I saw how impactful it was to the business. It was so exciting to me when efforts paid off. This was a defining moment because I always felt I could market for others and when the efforts paid off I wanted to do that as my own business.

If you want other women in biz to know one thing, what would it be?

Don’t give up! Keep putting one foot in front of the other even when you are not sure what is next. One day it will all come together.

What results stick out to you the most about Pinterest’s take on “Stella Core?”

My aesthetics would probably come out to be natural colors with some pops of pink! I love plants, calming aesthetics, coffee, and so much more!
