Our Story
Imagine meeting someone on Instagram.
Now, imagine only knowing them virtually and deciding to start a business with them…
That was us! We met on the poetry side of Instagram in 2016, Cheyenne pulling Theresa into an online friendship that resulted in this magical and chaotic business partnership that is Raine & Rose Co.
The business name is a mixture of our middle names, as what are the odds both of our middle names would start with the letter “R” and be nature-related? We jumped at the opportunity to combine them and create what is now a classy, but warm brand.

Raine & Rose initially opened for business as a publishing company in fall of 2019. We rebranded to what is now a branding, design, and marketing agency in spring of 2021, after realizing the creative power and passion-filled skills we could provide for women-led small businesses.
We each bring our unique set of experiences, methods, and collaboration into each project we take on.
We find any reason to celebrate! 🥂
Theresa has long believed in the power of celebrating milestones— when we take on new clients, we make sure to bring celebration into their most important and most cherished milestones. Celebration is a necessary part of being a business owner!

CHEYENNE RAINE
Cheyenne is a firm believer in leaving things behind and making room for new experiences. Known to pack up for a hike at the last minute, the Texas sunsets she grew up with have encouraged her to find warmth in every moment. Raine is a hot mess of chaos and imagination. She fills her calendars (yes, there’s multiple) with fun, business, and audits.
Likes to go by C, her word of the year is “chaos.”

THERESA RESSA
Theresa runs on morning coffee that is consistently warmed up in the microwave throughout the day. The Arizona sun rises and Ressa can be found closing her curtains and making time to slow down. She has long believed in the transformative, essential power of storytelling for imagined stories and for brands. Ressa celebrates all the beautiful moments, sometimes even the small wins (she loves a wine night!), as she finds them necessary to the business journey.
Likes to go by T, her favorite wine is rose, obviously.
